Basic Jump (Jumping Rope Workout)

1. Stand with your feet together, torso tall, beginning with the rope behind you. As you turn the rope, push off from the balls of your feet and slightly bent knees, jumping high enough so that you clear the rope as it passes under your feet. Land lightly on the balls of your feet and repeat, bouncing once per each rope swing. -Oxygen Magazine
