Incline-Bench Dumbbell Curl

Set Up: Lie faceup on an incline bench, holding a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing forward. Action: Bend your elbows to curl the dumbbells. Squeeze your biceps hard at teh top, then lower until your elbows are semi-straight. Repeat. -Oxygen Magazine
