8 large apples or 12 small (peeled and cored and chopped),
1/2 cup water,
3 Tb. cinnamon,
1/4 c. sugar.
Directions:
In a saucepan heat the apples with water over low-medium heat, Stirring regularly for approximately 30 minutes or until apples are soft. Add the cinnamon and sugar and combine well. Makes about 3-4 cups. Enjoy!
