healthy granola




Ingredients:

1 cup chopped walnuts (high antioxidants)

1/4 cup flaxmeal

1.5 cups old fashioned oats

1/2 cup cranberries or raisins

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 ts. sea salt

1/3 cup honey

1/2 tb. pure vanilla extract

 




Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together- you might need to use your fingers for this...A little sticky (but worth it!)

Press the mixture into a baking pan and bake for 30-40 minutes. When the top is slightly browned it is ready!
