Yogurt Whole Wheat Bread (Bread Machine)




Ingredients:

3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1/4 cup 80 degree water

1 Tbsp. oil

1.5 Tbsp. maple syrup

1.5 tsp. salt

1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour

1 2/3 cup bread flour

1.5 Tbsp. wheat germ

2.5 tsp. active dry yeast




Directions:

1. Place all wet ingredients at the bottom of your bread maker's tin. Top with dry ingredients (except yeast). Make a small indent in the dry ingredients, not quite to the wet ingredients, and place the dry yeast there.

2. Follow bread machines instruction for rapid whole wheat course.
