Purple Fruit and Veggie Blend




Ingredients:

1/2 pear

1/2 cup soymilk or regular milk

1/4 apple

*1 small handful of spinach

1/4 cup frozen mixed berries

1/3 cup vanilla nonfat greek yogurt




Directions:

Mix all ingredients until smooth in a blender or food processor. Makes 1-2 servings. A great way to hide veggies in a great tasting juice for your kids!
