1/4 large hass avocado
1/4 apple (skin on)
1/3 cup low-fat greek yogurt (We like 2%)
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 scoop Training Whey
1/2- 3/4 cup soymilk (or milk of choice)


Great smoothie recipe! My son also insisted that we add 1 cup of snow! :)
