1 1/4 cups 80 degree water
2.5 Tbsp. olive oil
2.5 Tbsp. molasses
1.5 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. dry milk
3 3/4 cups whole wheat bread
2.5 Tbsp. gluten
2.5 tsp. active dry yeast
1. Layer wet ingredients in the bottom of you bread machine basket. Top with all dry ingredients except yeast. Make a small indent in the dry ingredients (not quite to the wet ingredients) and add the yeast.
2. Follow your bread machine instructions for Rapid Whole Wheat Course.
Makes 1 1.5 lb. loaf of bread.
