*1/2 cup walnuts- chopped
*1/4 cup flaxmeal
*1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
*1 tsp. cinnamon
*1 tsp. sea salt
*1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
*1/4 cup peanut butter
*1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Meanwhile mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined. Pour onto a baking dish and cook for approximately 45-55 minutes; stirring every ten minutes.
Makes 6 (1/3 cup servings.)
