12 ounce prepared pizza dough- rolled thin
4 ounces of chicken- cooked and sliced thin
5 slices of proscuitto (torn into 3 pieces each)
4 ounces of fresh mozzarella- drained and thinly sliced
1/2 cup prepared walnut pesto (recipe on site)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Evenly spread pesto over the pizza dough so that it has a thin layer covering it. Layer the chicken next so that it too is spread out evenly over the pesto. Top with pieces of proscuitto and fresh mozzarella. Bake for approximately 13-14 minutes. Enjoy!
