*1/2 cup old fashioned oats
*1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
*1 tbs. flaxseeds
*1 tbs. crushed almonds
*1 ts. cinnamon
*1 cup fresh mixed berries
*1 tbsp. maple syrup
Directions:
1. Stir together the oats and yogurt.
2. Mix in the flaxseeds and almonds.
3. Stir in cinnamon and mix.
4. Toss in berries and stir in syrup. Refrigerate overnight.
Makes 2 servings.
