5 oz. skim milk
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 frozen banana (slightly green)
1 tbsp. natural nut butter (peanut or almond)
1 scoop whey protein powder (training whey)
1 tsp. creatine
Handful of blueberries
Ice Cubes to taste
Blend all ingredients until desired consistency. Makes 1 serving. Perfect pre-workout breakfast/snack
