Bread Maker Whole Wheat Pizza Dough Crust




Ingredients:

1 cup of 80 degree water

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. sugar

1 tsp. salt

1 cup whole wheat flour

1.5 cups bread flour

1 tsp. active dry yeast




Directions:

1. Put all ingredients in bread basket and follow instructions on your breadmaker for the Pizza Dough Course.

2. Place finished dough on a slightly floured surface. Divide in half and press onto a 12 inch pizza pan, raising edges. (Sprinkle each pan with 1 tbsp. cornmeal if desired.) Generously prick dough with a fork.

3. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until edges of crust begin to turn a light golden brown. Remove, add toppings and return to oven to bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.

Makes 2 (12-inch pizza doughs.)
