Chocolate Berry Shake




Ingredients:

1 cup sliced fresh strawberries or raspberries

1 medium banana, peeled

1/2 cup nonfat milk

1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

1/2 cup ice




Directions:

Add berries, banana and milk to a blender; process for 30 seconds or until completely blended. Add protein powder; blend for 15 seconds or until incorporated. Add ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 1 serving. -Oxygen Magazine
