*1 (7 oz.) plain 2% fage greek yogurt- or favorite low-fat greek yogurt
*1/2 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries
*1/2 cup Cascade Farms Cinnamon Crunch Cereal or favorite high-fiber cereal
*1 Tbsp. flaxmeal or chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Warm berries if frozen in the microwave until thawed. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy immediately.
Makes 1 serving- roughly 300 calories, 20 grams of protein, 8 grams of fiber.
