1 egg, room temperature plus enough water at 80 degrees to equal 1 cup
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. honey
1.5 tsp. salt
1/4 cup dry milk
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2.5 cups bread flour
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese, shredded
2 tsp. dried italian herbs
2 tsp. active dry yeast
1. Place all ingredients in order (except the yeast) into your machine's bread basket. Make a small indent in the dry ingredients and place the yeast.
2. Follow your bread machines directions for Whole Wheat Course.
Makes 1 1.5 lb. loaf of bread.
