Ingredients:

1 cup walnuts

1/2 cup pitted dates

1/2 cup dried cherries or apricots

1/4 ts. salt

1 tb. cinnamon

1 ts. cloves

1/4 ts. almond extract

1 tb. flaxmeal

Unsweetened shredded coconut for coating




Directions:

Place walnuts into a food processor and grind until a coarse meal. Add remaining ingredients except coconut. Grind until blended, mixed and sticky. Roll into one inch balls and coat with shredded coconut. Makes 10-12 balls. Store in refrigerator for 3-4 days. Enjoy!
