Post Workout Choconana Shake




Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Weider Chocolate training whey Protein
  • 500ml of milk (skim or soy, depending on lactose tolerance)
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 3 medium-large ice cubes
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)



Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix on the 'pulse' mode until desired consistency is reached.
