Post Workout Tropic Thunder Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Weider Training Whey Protein Vanilla
- 300ml of milk (skim or soy, depending on lactose tolerance)
- 200ml of natural orange juice
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 3-5 medium sized strawberries
- 3 medium-large ice cubes
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix on the 'pulse' mode until desired consistency is reached.
