Training Whey Banana Pineapple Smoothie




Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 90% Training Whey
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 6 pineapple rings
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 teaspoons pure honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes



Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. If you find it too thick for your tastes, add in 1/4 cup of water or milk and blend again. Drink immediately and enjoy!
