Training Whey Breakfast Oatmeal Smoothie




Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Weider Vanilla Training Whey Protein powder
  • 1 cup milk or water
  • 1/2 cup dry oatmeal
  • pinch of cinnamon or artificial sweetener (optional)





Directions:

  1. Blend protein powder, dry oatmeal and water or milk together in a blender.
  2. Add in sweetener if desired. Enjoy
