Training Whey Breakfast Oatmeal Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Weider Vanilla Training Whey Protein powder
- 1 cup milk or water
- 1/2 cup dry oatmeal
- pinch of cinnamon or artificial sweetener (optional)
Directions:
- Blend protein powder, dry oatmeal and water or milk together in a blender.
- Add in sweetener if desired. Enjoy
