Training Whey Get-Up-And-Go Smoothie




Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, hulled
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups plan low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ or ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Training Whey Protein powder



Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
