Training Whey Get-Up-And-Go Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, hulled
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups plan low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup wheat germ or ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Training Whey Protein powder
Directions:
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
