Training Whey Peanut Butter & Chocolate Shake
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Weider Chocolate Training Whey Protein Powder
- 1 cup (8 fl oz) water or milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
- 3-5 ice cubes
