Training Whey Protein Green Tea Ice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups brewed Green Tea
- 2 scoops Weider training whey vanilla Protein powder
- 1 cup shaved ice
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Artificial sweetener (to taste) or stevia
Directions:
- Blend the brewed Green Tea and the 90% Protein powder.
- Add shaved ice and blend again.
- Add lime juice and sweetener, if desired. Enjoy.
