Training Whey Protein Pancakes




Ingredients:

  • 1-2 scoops Weider Traing Whey Protein powder
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1-2 packets of artificial sweetener or stevia
  • Cinnamon (to taste)



Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together well
  2. Pour pancake size dollops onto a heated pan, turning over once, after the bubbles on top have popped.

Alternatively, you can add 1 scoop training whey Protein powder to a low fat whole wheat and honey pancake mix.
