Very Berry Smoothie




Ingredients:

1/2 banana

1/2 cup mixed frozen berries (I like raspberries, blueberries, boysenberries)

1/4 lime

1 cup soymilk (or other milk)

2 scoops vanilla training whey protein powder

1/2 cup crushed ice




Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency.
