Recharge Your Juices Smoothie




Ingredients:

1 apple-unpeeled

1 banana- peeled

1 small handful of spinach

1/3 cup plain whole milk greek yogurt

1/3 cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt

1/3 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup vanilla soymilk or milk of choice




Directions:

1. In a blender or food processor pulse until desired consistency. Drink immediately. Makes 2 servings.
