2 ciabatta rolls sliced
4 thick slices of fresh mozzarella in water (drained on paper towel)
4 thick slices of heirloom tomatoes
8 basil leaves whole
4 slices of bacon cooked (drained on a paper towel to rid of grease)

This is a very simple but very fresh and perfect summer dinner paired with roasted asparagus.
Simply assembe the sandwiches as follows: roll, 2 slices of mozzarella, 2 slices of tomato, salt to taste, 4 basil leaves, 2 slices of bacon, top of roll.
