Avocado Apple Snow-Day Smoothie




Ingredients:

1/4 large hass avocado

1/4 apple (skin on)

1/3 cup low-fat greek yogurt (We like 2%)

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

1 scoop Training Whey

1/2- 3/4 cup soymilk (or milk of choice)




Directions:

Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings. Freeze leftovers in popsicle molds to be enjoyed later.
