Kiwi and Melon Postworkout Repair Shake




Ingredients:

1 medium kiwi

1/4 cup diced honeydew melon

1/4 cup plain yogurt

1 scoop whey protein isolate powder

3/4 tsp. orange flavor extract

1 tbsp. chia seeds

ice cubes as desired




Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency. Use the grind function to help smooth out the chia seeds. -Oxygen Magazine
