Omega 3 Smoothie




Ingredients:

1 banana

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

2 Tbsp. flaxmeal

2 Tbsp. almond butter

1 scoop Training Whey

3/4 cup vanilla soymilk




Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Makes 2 Omega 3 enriched smoothies!
