Directions
Directions: Add three (3) level scoops (45g) of Dynamic Muscle Builder with 8oz (240ml) cold water or milk. Use an electric blender or shaker bottle to mix thoroughly. Serve immediately. Consume 1-3 servings per day or between meals depending on your calorie goals.
