Directions

Directions: Add 5 rounded scoops or 2/3 cup (126g) powder to 16fl oz (2 cups) cold water, or milk. Us an electric blender or shaker bottle to mix thoroughly. Serve immediately. Consume 1-3 servings per day with or between meals depending on your calorie intake goals.
