Directions
Mixing Instructions: For desired calories per serving, use an electric blender to mix MEGA MASS® Powder with water or milk as instructed below. For best mass and strength-building results, consume MEGA MASS® between meals as well as before and after training. For additional
nutrition, we recommend blending one rounded tablespoon of fresh flavored or plain yogurt into your MEGA MASS® shake per cup of MEGA MASS® Powder you use. You can also blend-up a day’s supply of MEGA MASS® (plus yogurt) and store it in the refrigerator, so it’s cold and ready to go anytime you need an extra boost of calories and protein.
Mixing instructions: Mix about two (2) scoops (1 cup) of Super Mega Mass 2000® with 8 fl oz (1 cup) of cold water or whole milk.

Maltodextrin, protein blend (whey protein concentrate, soy protein concentrate, calcium/sodium caseinate, whey and egg albumen), dextrose, natural and artificial flavor, calcium carbonate, creatine monohydrate, lactase and medium chain triglycerides.
