Skinny Mojito Recipe
It's National Mojito Day!
It's a warm, sunny July day and of course its the ideal time to sit outside and have a refreshing cocktail on the patio! The mojito has always been a summer time favorite! It's light, crisp and minty! But like everyone else this time of year, we are all worried about our calorie intake. Here is a way to add less sugar but still have that refreshing taste!
Ingredients:
- juice of one lime
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 2 oz of white rum
- 12 oz of diet lemon lime soda like 7UP or Sprite

Add 1 oz of rum to each glass and muddle.

Add a little ice, top with the soda, and stir to combine.
