Happy St. Patricks' Day - Green Smoothie Recipe

St. Patrick's Day isn't the only day to drink your greens! 

 

Ingredients:

- Cup of unsweetened almond milk

- Ice

- Handful of spinach

- Few pineapple chunks for sweetness 

- Scoop of 100% Whey Vanilla protein powder

- Tablespoon of chia seeds 

- Tablespoon of MCT or coconut oil (keep you full longer).
